6 months surgverary!

I am officially 6 months out and do not have a regret yet. This has really been one of the best decisions i have ever made :-D

I went from 204.6 to as of today 141.8!

I'm 6 months out too, with similar stats! High weight: 220, surgery day: 190, current weight: 142. No regrets either!

My stats are similar, i was 201 dos, 3 months out im 163, as of this morning...i hope in in the 140's at 6 months out ;(

These are very inspiring numbers! I was around 230 day of surgery and my first goal is to be down 65 pounds in 6 months. that's when I will feel ok in a swimsuit again.

I'm sure you will be...I was around 35 lbs at 3 months.

Thank you ladies! You all keep up the hard work as we all know it pays off! I thought man my whole life is gonna be changed forever and pray for the best and I was right! This surgery has brought back the old happy go lucky girl!

Thank you! I will tell you that the first month or so is the hardest but after that its a piece of cake I havent found anything yet that I havent been able to eat. I will say that milk does make me feel poofy lol thats really the only way I know to describe it and lays or cheetos do the same ( I know I shouldnt be eating them lol ) but other then that everything goes down great and as soon as I feel full I stop eating (normally just a few bites but within an hour Im hungry again!) it all works out great though. I am not quite sure on how ANYONE could stretch their sleeve out because I know that even if Im eating my FAVORITE food as soon as I am full I feel satisfied and dont feel the need to keep eating no matter how good it is. I hope this helps you to keep chuggin because it is the best thing I have done for myself and my son.
