Lost my padunkadunk?

Recommended Posts

I had my surgery on Oct 3. I have lost nearly 70 pounds since preop diet. I am happy, but my butt is quickly disappearing. This is problematic because my husband is a fan of ample booty. What to do?

That's still a damn fine a--

I mean... I'd give that heiny a 90!

From what I hear anything that works your glutes is going to improve it but only just... after that you can consider fat transfers (taking fat out of one part of the body and injecting it into your booty, or the butt implants route though I hear that is one of the most painful of the surgeries.

OR you and your boo can fall in love with the new booty all over again. Because really... it's pretty nice ;)

I think you still have a but, and it is nicely proportioned with your body. You look great.

squats!!!!

Working at the gym 1 1/2 a day 4-5 days week doing a lot of butt builders machines. Straight squats are tough due to bad knees. Thanks guys for the encouragement. I asked my Husband, and he loves the new me, I just worry because I know how much he loved my padunkadunk and always knew him to be a bodacious booty lover. LOL

Done Did It!

i think that will happen to me also, so ive been looking into plastics. They can transfer fat from other areas of your body to your booty! Of course I'll do it Mexico.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
