Thank you all! To be honest, when I was having my stalls is when I would let myself eat something off my diet, and it would spark my metabolism to start working again and that's how I got out of them. But everyone is different so what worked for me may not work for any of you.

Hey Karisss, congrats girl!! You look fantastic!! I'm 5'5" and 260 lbs. At 29 I can't think of a better 30th bday gift to myself than to loose all this extra baggage and go into the next 30 years fierce. I hope I'll be fortunate and not be too shrinkly. Thanks for sharing the pics, it's such an inspiration!

You look great!! Good job!!! I would love to know what a typical day of your diet is, food wise! I am still struggling to figure out what the best choices and best routes are with food.

Honestly I throw together whatever is in my kitchen. For Breakfast it's a Protein shake but for lunch it's anything from cheerios with banana or a yogurt.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
