Hi! You are probably not doing anything wrong. I was sleeved on 12/3 and have only lost 22 lbs. I stalled for a week! It's all a learning curve and if you read through this thread, you'll see a lot of other fellow sleevers who have lost slowly too. Sometimes it's just our bodies. Sometimes we are not getting enough protein and fluids, but I think in my case it's just that my body is getting used to my sleeve. I expect to lose tons of weight in the long run! It'll be great :-) Hang in there. I'm sure you're doing better than you think. How do your clothes fit?

Faith in Christ can move mountains <3

Thanks for the encouragement... my clothes are starting to get very loose... I went back through this thread and I see I am not alone... but I gotta get these lbs off... I am gonna try to get more protein in and get the water in... I realize I'm in a deficit...

The nasty "s" word has hit me, but I'm staying optimistic yep yep yep!

Yep -me too!

Sleeved on 12/13/12

pre op 220

Surgery day 208

Current 192.3

I have been tracking calories on myfitnesspal, and I was around 350-400 a day, but I was feeling drained all the time. Upped my cal intake to 600-800 per day, I feel a lot better but the weight loss has decreased and stalled :/

Hi December Sleevers...I just found a site to track my food and excercise...It's great and lets me stay on track for the amount of protein I still need to eat. www.fitclick.com...just another tool for success. Hope you enjoy!!!

This exact thing has happened to me. I was averaging about 400-500 then upped to 600-800 and have stalled. I really did not want to have to eat only 500 calories a day to lose weight. Hopefully it's just temporary....

Surgery 12/20 pre op- 245 now - 230 down 15 lbs but i think im at a stall also i have been the same weight for 3 days

I was sleeved 12/27, down only four pounds.

Sleeved 12/17. Down 22. Stalled now. Guess we thought it would just melt away. Hopefully will start coming off again.

Down 28 pounds. So happy :-)
