Are you tracking your intake? At a year out you should be around 800 to 1000. That's probably why your dr dropped you down to 600. Thats not a huge decrease. 600 is also not starving if you eat nutritionally wise. Its a lifetime journey. . And work

It's normal and most likely from anesthetics. I didn't have any patch and along with myself many have experienced this and it goes away

Hsirloss is very common and very normal.. almost a given fact with WLS. Just keep in mind that no one has gone bald from WLS so that's a good thing. The whole site is full of a gazillion remedies and it's a hit and miss as to what actually helps for hair loss.

Ha! That was my exact thought. I cannot imagine even thinking romantically after I have just had surgery and feel like crap. And honestly, if you've seen pics of Omar he does not exactly elude sexuality. More he looks like a very kind and gentle person. But with that said I would not be able to defend either points of thought. I have not met him.This is not true for all patients. I had glued incision but other than that I was up and about as if I never had surgery. Of course my coordinator is female and we painted the town red like all fun loving tourists did. So it's possible this immoral person took advantage of the not so incapacitated women.. who knows whats going through his mind.
