I am also checking options for plastic surgery... cuz while it is deflating... it is NOT toning... and I didn't expect it to... not at 47. and yeah... not looking forward to dating any time soon...

All of my December sleevers...
Yeah... my shoes are all too big... I mourn the loss of my shoe collection AND the fact that I have to replace them all with a smaller size...

All of my December sleevers...
I applaud all of you who have lost so much in such a short time... it probably why I've stopped popping in here as much... I am not making the progress you guys are... almost 8 months out and only 60 lbs gone...I have lost 111 lbs from my highest weight... so I guess that's something ... my fibromyalgia pain is back... I broke up with my boyfriend of 5 years... I hate to sound so down but its where I am right now... DOWN...while I'm not gaining any weight, I have to fight for every ounce I lose... I started lifting weights in addition to walking 2 miles 4 days a week... nothing is helping accelerate the weight loss... other than living on shakes, what's a girl to do? nevertheless, I am happy for you guys... you're the success stories! me... not so much...,

Anyone just eat regular food and still lose weight?
I focus heavily on protein... but I will eat veggies and fruit and a tad of rice and pasta... not a bread eater so that has never really been a problem... and yes... I am still losing... slowly... but I am still losing...I didn't have this surgery to live on protein shakes...

I feel like recovery is going too good ...
I don't know about the tingling... you may better talk with your surgeon about that... but congrats on having a good recovery... mine was relatively smooth...

HELP!
The sleeve is just a tool... and as BB stated... its all about utilizing the tool to its fullest... eating RIGHT and MOVING DAILY... you will lose it... and hopefully keep it off...I'm 7 mths out... and am losing slowly... but I am NOT gaining... the weight IS coming off... and I plan for it to stay off for good...

Pre-op exercise
I walk... started out doing 15 minutes twice a day before surgery... which added up to a half a mile (I started this journey well over 300 lbs...) Now I am doing 2.5 miles daily... getting it done in 45 minutes! if you start now, it will be easier to stay in the habit after surgery...good luck to you!

All of my December sleevers...
I have the card too... soooooooooooo convenient!! I can barely eat a kid's portion... grateful they don't make me pay full price! I went out to eat with my 8 yr old one evening... we paid $7 for dinner! I guess I'm a "cheap" date... LOL

Closet Sleever
there are few who know how I've lost weight. I just tell others that I am watching my portions and kicking up my physical activity. Its definitely on a need to know basis...
