  2. Marinamouse: I feel your pain. I was self pay as well. Let's become 'friends' and support each other.
  3. My anniversary date was December 17th, 2014. One year. I've only lost 64 pounds. I track everything I eat...... I have really struggled this year. I feel that I am just not losing the weight I should have lost. I do feel much better that I did a year ago, but when I read ever ones posts, I feel like a failure.

  6. Try a high quality protein like UNJURY, that should help.
  7. Weird thing is that I finally met someone who embraces the bigger me now that I'm loosing on BBPeople.com He is adorable, and likes me for who I am, but now as I loose weight, will he still want me????? What a deal, huh?
  8. I'm a slow looser too. I was sleeved 12/17/12 and am down 63 pounds. It's been a slow journey for me since about month 4 with many stalls along the way. I increased my cardio to 45 min/day and that helped somewhat. To date I'm down 63 pounds, and 10 pounds to onederland.

  10. Michigan Chic, I'm right there with you. When you stall like forever, it's tough to stay motivated. Any tips/suggestions for those of you that keep loosing, would be greatly appreciated.

  12. I travel a lot for work too, I take protein bars with me. That helps. I stop at gas stations or walgreens to grab bottles of water so I don't get dehydrated. I must admit though, it is tough being on the road. Good luck to you.

  14. Thought I'd share something my nutritionist recommended this morning. Kay's Natural Foods online. They have snack products in individual packets. Good alternative protein snacks. I just ordered some, and I'll let you know how they taste. according to the website, some Walgreens carry them in the diabetic section.

  19. Went to my bariatric surgeon yesterday for my check up. (was sleeved on 12/17) According to his scale I was only down 50 pounds. Time to regroup. He wants me doing 45 minutes/cardio/day, and weightlifting every other day. arggg. I guess I have to do it if I want results, because I'm not doing so well, especially these last few months. I'll keep you all posted on my results, and I have a goal to only weigh myself twice/day. I usually weigh myself a gazillion times/day which is obsessive. Thanks for all your support.
  20. Jessica, I'm like you, and people are telling me to move the scale out of the bathroom, but I too am obsessed with the numbers. It keeps me on track. the downside of the ugly beast, is when it's up, I end up eating, because, I'm like, well it's up. so I may as well eat something else. Not taking into the fact that it could be water weight or whatever. Its definitely an illness (for me)
