Pre-op exercise

I am trying to motivate myself to exercise NOW before I start the pre op diet. Needing a little encouragement and also have a question--are people exercising during the pre op diet phase? Thanks. Totally new, just joined forum...

Now I am doing 2.5 miles daily... getting it done in 45 minutes! if you start now, it will be easier to stay in the habit after surgery...good luck to you!

    I'm doing water fit classes.....very fun, get a great work out, and easy on the joints.....will be working with a trainer soon for weights. Welcome, and good luck!
