1

In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients together (except for chocolate chips). Spread batter onto a a small microwave-safe plate, forming batter into a circle with a spoon. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

2

Microwave for one minute, or until just cooked! Enjoy immediately, or prepare the night before for a quick Breakfast if desired!

Ingredients

1/4 cup Oats (use gluten free if sensitive)

2 tbs Oat flour (oats ground into flour in blender or food processor) 1

1/4 tsp Baking powder

1/4 tsp Baking soda

1 tbs Protein Powder 2

3 pkts Stevia (or sweetener of choice to taste)

Pinch Salt

1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon

3 tbs Plain low fat yogurt (I used Greek)

1 tsp Chocolate chips (I used mini)

Optional: 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

I use PB2 instead of oat flour. This ends up at about 200 calories and 17 grams Protein.

My teen son likes this as much as I do (or possibly more). It tastes like a warmed up no bake cookie!

Lately, instead of spreading it on a plate, I've just been leaving it in the bowl, microwaving it, and enjoying it.

What is 6WWP+*?

Maybe it's 6 weight Watchers points? That's my guess!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
