Two great things happened today:

Finally broke my latest 10 lbs weight loss goal after a little slow down, down 3 more this week.

Woot!

Had to tuck my polo shirt in because it looked ridiculous hanging out. First time since surgery and the last year or so I have been able to do that. Got a few really nice compliments, looking good!
