Plateau- What's Your Longest?

I had surgery almost 7 weeks ago and I lost 20 the first month- awesome BUT I haven't lost a pound for the last two and a half weeks! How long am I going to plateau? I have been eating 800-1000 calories today and my protein has been good, workouts have been good. Just wish I knew how long I am going to hang out at the same weight. I didn't think I would plateau for this long. :(

Really? I'm in iPhone and can't see it. I can click the photo and go to an abbreviated profile' date=' but no ticker. What am I doing wrong?[/quote']

It works on my iPad, but can't see tickers on my iPhone.

Nope, no ticker. I have the iphone 4. Which version do you have?

Gotta be the old iOS. I know a 3GS won't go past 4.1.2 if I remember correctly a 3G is stuck at 3.1.3.

Works on my iPhone 4S. I can see tickers.

I believe it's 5.1.1 but I have not upgraded to the new IOS which came out a few weeks ago. It worked much better on 4.2.1 I hate to think how much worse it would get if I upgraded it again. I don't even use it anymore except as an iPod.

Edit.....it's a 3GS.

So, I guess it doesn't work on the 3G? I'm old, I know.

I just broke a three week stall. I know it frustrating but everyone says it normal. I have lost 3 lbs in four days. I hope it continues for a while. I was sleeved on 9/18.. I lost 10 lbs before surgery and 23 lbs after. I started at 243. 210 this morning. I am still fighting fatigue.

I'm on my 4th plateau and I'm almost 4 months out. But what ya gonna do...my plateau's last usually 3 weeks-ish. Good luck

Just coming off a TWO MONTH plateau this week! Or maybe I just got a tape worm? Jk! Either way, it's about dang time! Hang in there! :)

oddly enough' date=' if you eat a little more the stall will pass. Your body gets use to the amount of calories you put in it. Try eating a little more for a couple of days[/quote']

This is 100 percent true. If you eat around the same calories everyday your body will adjust to only needing that many calories. It's crazy but mix it up all the time.
