I just want to suggest that everyone take a before picture and when you feel like things are moving slow COMPARE the pictures!!!

It is weird how we don't see our own progress!!!

This is NOT easy by any means but I could NEVER be where I am now without my SLEEVE!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes there is a big difference! Keep up the good work. I am so ready for my sleeve, only 12 more days! I can't wait to have progress pictures.

I let DH take one before picture - should have taken more pictures through out journey, should have taken measurements , should have kept a blog.

for the record, i did think of doing all of the above at one time or another, just didn't happen

many, many if not most sleevers do take pictures, measurements and blog

Newbies take note - think/do the above

i'm 9 1/2 months out - too late to start any of the above

I can't believe the change - amazing! You look great. At almost five months out I would say it only gets easier from where you are now, and you just feel and look better and better with each passing day. You are already really reaping the rewards of your decision. Looking good!
