I guess I'll jump in here, even though I haven't been sleeved yet (I will be in April) I had to be put on a diet to lower my BMI. I started at 422 and I'm now down to 368 since Nov.12, 2012. So the first pic was taken Nov 12, and the after was taken this morning. I hope you don't mine me posting since I haven't been sleeved yet.

Here I am at my heaviest (around 260) and today at 194. My surgery was July 1st and I'm 42 down from when I started my preop diet. I'm almost half way to where I'd realistically like to be.

You look great! How tall are you? I was my heaviest at about 262, well with the exception of the day I delivered each of my babies at which time I was 287. I think it's amazing you've lost 42 pounds in 2.5 months. Wow! I was sleeved on 9/16 and weighed 238 on the morning of my surgery.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
