Almost everybody, but don't worry, you'll have the opposite problem soon.

Thank you, I thought I was alone on this. My stomach has been on a trip.

I was just the opposite. I used BariEssentials with skim milk and was almost constipated.

Yes because your body is detoxing from all of those chemicals and unhealthy stuff. This also happens to my hubby during his first two days of juiceing.

Funny thing is I went raw juicing for 2 months and was good. But this detox is extra effective.

Liquid in....liquid out. Should adjust after three or four days. Incidentally, at three or four days is when I experience a zero energy day...headache. That passes too.

I THOUGHT I WAS ALONE!!!!! Thx! I was so stressed sitting in class trying to figure out how I was going to make it to the bathroom and finish my test within 10 minutes...smh...I'm so happy I am past it now....WHEW!

Omg, I'm so glad to see someone else brought this up. I'm on day 8 of restricted diet, day four of liquid-only. Four bariatric advantage shakes a day and I can barely leave the bathroom. I'm embarrassed to say I had an accident while sleeping as well. Does this improve? Does anyone take a probiotic? I'm wondering if this would help my digestion. I took Imodium the first day but that did nothing. Help please! I'm about to go buy some adult diapers!!!

Yes, thanks for posting! I'm on day 5 for the liquid diet and all of a sudden... These posts are so helpful!

This has been the worst part of then pre op diet, glad to hear others are in the same boat. I was wondering also, if it was just me.

Thank you thank you thank you for posting this! Howard one stinkin shake, my first ever and I'm now combing the Internet to make sure I'm ok! Goodness! Can't wait till the day before surgery bowl prep! How on earth is anything else left inside?! That said my liquid diet starts on the 19th, in nine days from now but I think I'm going to do at least one to two shakes a day to get ready for it.

This has been my experience. I don't understand it. I had one day of running to the restroom now I can barely go.
