  9. Tea tree oil works on all my skin issues including rashes, skin infections, and such.
  10. Good for you, if that is your goal but size 0 is scarey to me. Why? because it is way below my goal of 159 which is a size 4 for me...To me a size 0 is my daughter who looks too thin and unhealthy. You look good in your photos but just the 0 size scares me personally.
  11. Good luck, I think you are more confident and know what you want in a man and what is best for you...
  12. No way, I was obese and unhealthy at 35% BMI. I am now anemic because of this surgery but I don't regret it. I am much happy and healthier at my current BMI of 27% even with anemia.

  16. As a new size 4 "what might be called skinny" I think she is just a "BULLY"remember, there are old workplace bullies like there are young bullies in elementary school and high school. I would never ever say something like that to someone else. She just wants to be validated and feel powerful by being mean and nasty. I feel sorry for her, just smile at your bully and say a prayer for her also.
  17. Yes, but it will get better. Your tummy is still healing at 6 weeks. At this time you should be drinking most of your calories (protien shakes)and eating very soft foods like soups and wendy's chili (my lifesaver).
  18. For me at 47 I feel absolutly fabulous. I realize that I will not look like I did when I was 20 or 25 and that is OK because I am closer to 50 than 20. I appreciate every wrinkle and don't care when the others come along. To me they are a sign of wisdom and growth, I wouldn't change my age for anything.
  19. You just quit, to hell with it I will get my protien some other way...
  20. Great advice aroundhky, you are on point and no need for me to add anything else..
  21. First of all, I looked all the posts and I want to add that it all depends on genetics and how long you have been fat. If you have been fat for a long time then your skin will be stretched to excess and won't have the ability to stretch back to normal when you lose the weight. I started at 250 and now at 178 and a size 5, no loose skin at all. However, I workout everyday and I lift wts for muscle tone. I too didn't want any sagging skin so I lift wts. like a mad woman. Good luck to you.
  22. I thought I was but my body got to 180 and refused to budge any lower. I had to fight and workout like a madwoman at 180 to get to 175 and I am fighting with all my might to get to 170. Just sayin that your body knows when to stop losing wt and has a set wt. that it prefers.
  23. UMMM don't want to be Debbie Downer but you will lose hair from 3 to 7 months out. It stops at around 8 to 9 months out. You can take your multi, biotin, protien etc but you will still lose hair. I took this as an opportunity to love myself bald and all. I wish you good luck on this journey and I would rather be healthy and hot with no hair than fat and unhealthy with hait, but that's just me.
  24. My quesiton is does he do this often, shut down when he dosen't like the conversation. I would recommend staying firm and letting him know that you don't want to die either. You are doing as a last measure because you have tried everything with no success. Then show him before and after pictures along with stats good and bad about the sleeve. It sounds like he needs to be educated about the process because sometimes a lack of knowledge makes us act in strange ways. Good luck to you.
