  4. I had the gastric sleeve done March 2011 and had great success with it. But for the past five months I've put on about 12 pounds. I have increased my work out routine and changed my eating habits. I previously had no trouble maintaining now it appears as though I cant even lose five pounds. I would always go up and down between 1-5lbs and have never been at a rate that I am now. I blame it on my eating habits. I'm constantly snacking and seems as though I'm always hungry so I'm stuffing my face every two hours. I still can't eat much. Don't know what my caloric intake is never really measured it. I need help what would other veterans do?
  5. Hi everyone was sleeved March 14. Doing well still maintaining with a five pound weight fluctuation every now and again. Just wondering how everyone else is coming along, that was sleeved around the same time if you're still on the forums please respond.
  6. I'm three years out and suffering the same faith although I eat very little when I do eat probably 2 ounces. But I'm hungry two the three hours later. For me it's been that way for about a year. I haven't gained any weight back just fluctuates between five pounds. You just have to watch what you eat and drink plenty of Water to help keep you full.
  7. Don't worry it's normal in the beginning to gain then loss then gain. As long as it's not a steady gain and no losing you're ok.
