I'm still hanging out on July 18th. Works for me though. My ethics class is keeping me busy these last 25 days.

Thanks Mz Need da Sleeve..I will try them. I tried the Target Brand of vanilla... lets say I am NOT a fan! And the NOW sports Soy Isolate unflavored... Its def not flavored but the smell and the texture is on my list of will not try that again,,, Everyones different. I have found the ready to drink are easier to get down,,,

I haven't been able to figure out my protein shakes yet- tried several. I did try the Unjury chicken broth and really like it.

I will be having surgery before July 16. Hoping for the call on monday to find out the date.

Okay July 11th sleevers! We start our liquid diet on Wednesday!! I'm actually excited to start it because that means our weight loss BEGINS! This was my last "fat" Sunday! EEK!
