  1. You've lost quite a bit. I broke a stall by going to salads for lunch and dinner (using Olive Garden dressing that I got from Sam's). And eating unprocessed foods such as fruit, cheese, nuts, etc. Your stall WILL break, I promise!
  2. I have the mirena, and no period after sugery.
  3. Wonder if BCBSTX will cover TT or panni, and what qualifications would I need? I've had lots of skin irritation, but doctor didn't take any pics of it. I've had two c-sections and WLS. Any thoughts?
  4. This is me at 57 lbs down almost 5 months out. Weight 162. Starting weight 219

  13. NSV stands for Non-scale Victory
  14. So today I was forced to buy my first pair of new pants. I'm 43 lbs down, and still walking around in my old "skinny pants" that are now falling off me. So I went to Wal-Mart (cause that's how I roll) and found several pair of pants, went to pay for them, and started putting them on the counter. It occured to me that I actually wasn't trying to hide the size when i put them up there. Pre-weight loss, I'd turn the pants over to make sure NOBODY could see what size it was because it was embarrassing. But tonight I was like, YEAH, THATS RIGHT! THOSE ARE 14's BABY....EVERYBODY SEE THAT?? 14's!!! YEP. 14 REGULAR, NOT PLUS> ANYBODY ELSE WANNA SEE?? CAUSE YOU CAN! CAUSE THEY'RE 14'S! Felt dang good.
  15. That is very normal, it will be okay, you WILL lose more. Watch your foods, make sure they are healthy. I recommend the Smart Ones meals and Healthy Choice meals, they are very healthy and low calorie. You will be fine
  16. You will look FABULOUS girl!! You got this!
  17. Coming up on my 3 month surgiversary, on Oct. 11th. I hit -40lbs mark today! Woop!! And to think, that is only 10 lbs away from 50! AND, I'm in the 170's now!! 179 to be exact. This is gonna be a great day!! Will try to post some updated pics later.
  18. After 2 weeks, I broke my stall, and I've come down another 6 pounds in the last two weeks.
  19. The first month is the hardest! Keep your eye on the prize, and I promise it WILL get easier! Now that I'm 6 weeks out, I feel SO much better, and look back at that first month and remember how very hard it was. But now, it's soo much easier! Hang in there! You got this!!
  20. Thanks yall! Glad to have more friends on MFP!
  21. Those are the symptoms of a leak! You need to call your surgeons office. Although, with your surgery being May 15th, you should be out of the danger zone for a leak, but still, I would call surgeons office to be sure!
