Where Are My April 2012 Sleevers?

M scheduled for my surgery April 26th and I was curious to see who else would be walking in the shoes of April with me. Tell me how you feeling? What's on your mind? Any worries? Second thoughts?

I did it. I am 299.5 this morning!!!! I made it to the 200's. I can't believe it. I don't even recall the last time the scale was under the 300's. So glad I made this decision. It was so right for me.

Now if we can just know that Jimmy is ok, I would truly have a reason to celebrate. This is the bad part of our close April group. How far away we are all. I am pretty sure that if we lived close, we would all be there in person for him. Hang in there Jimmy. We are still pulling for your recovery. Hugs via the cyber network.

Congrats Willowsknot!

We have jeans day at work today for a cookout...I brought my own lunch since my very conservative dr wants me on purée until 2 months post op. Had to find a belt this morning! Something I didn't need to keep my pants up three weeks ago before surgery!!

Congrats to all!! I do believe I'm in a stall - same weight for the last 4 days. I see the surgeon and NUT tomorrow. My pants are loose too!!

woohoo for April Sleevers! :)

I had my surgery April 17th and so far I've lost 24lbs. I was beginning to think my sleeve doesnt work because it took 2weeks to loose 1lb! Am i jumping the gun or sit back and enjoy the ride

mine is slow too, but I know it will come off....gotta be patient I guess!

This has happened to me twice. Two weeks and one lb. then this weekend...six lbs. it's so discouraging but remember its a marathon, just keep at it. I try to.

Me too. I stayed at the same weight for a week. 202, 202,202........ It was driving me nuts

I was sleeved on April 24th and hit my stall at 2 weeks post op. Finally, finally I hit 199 today!!!

But one thing to take into consideration, you lose major inches too!! I dropped many pant sizes, in just the 3 weeks Ive been sleeved. I have also been going hard core exercise since last week, to make sure I don't lose muscle tone!!!

Good luck to all us April Sleevers!!

I only lost 1 lb this week! Bummer but I have more energy! 1 lb list is better than

1 lb gained!

I lost 3 lbs in the last 2 days. I was so glad to get off 240! I finally got 64oz fluid in! I too feel like I have more energy.

Can someone help me set my page up with the tracker that on the bottom of a lot of the posts.

I got on the scale today and I am at 274lbs. that is down 18.5 since surgery date!!! Total 56 lbs down since I started this journey. Of course this is on my own scale. I don't see the doctor till next week. I hope that his scale is not too far off from mine.

We are doing great fellow April sleevers Congrats to all

I have been stuck on 190 for over a week. Grrrrr...I want to see it go down, down, down..... Patience please!!!

My surg was 4/24 and I am down 18 lbs! I feel good and had someone at work tell me that my face looks thinner so I guess that's my first nsv? Lol i have been struggling getting my protein drinks in, but I'm workin on it. I had my first incident with stuck food.. Started mushies late last week and obviously wasn't ready.. I was in agony for about 6 hours, so I learned from that to take it slower.

I had a stall for 2 weeks. i thought my sleeve stopped working and all of a sudden i woke up (after 3 days of walking) i lost 2lbs and the day after another 2lbs
