I was cleared @ 3 wks. I have been going to water aerobics 3x a week since. The only scar that is not so pretty is the bigger one but I have been putting that scar cream on it and it is starting to look a lot better.

I completely understand. You are taking the right steps. There is a great article on one of the forum about 20 tips to not have the loose skin.
Some of the things I am trying is lots of suncreen, lotion, sea salt scrubs. The more your skin is hydrated the better it can repair itself.
There was a few other things listed like wraps and such. I will post it when I find it

I also regretted not getting it done sooner
On day 2 or 3 post op I had a slight thought of what did I do to myself. Only because the gas pain was so bad. I am now 14 days out and know that is the best thing I could ever do to myself

R u serious or is this a joke??? WHY r u drinking 700 ml of orange juice a day? That is pure high calorie? And even at your stage I doubt a cheeseburger is your best option??? Are u following your doctor's food plan??

I am in the same boat. I am 9 days out and I don't know if I am getting enough calories but at the same time today is the day that I am starting to feel more hungry and that worried me. I got up to 570 calories today on creamed soups and protein drinks. I did however, get in 57 grams of protein when my doctor wanted at least 40 so that is successful.

I couldn't agree more... walk, walk, walk. I just had my sleeve done Monday 4/23 and am starting to feel like my old self again ( lighter though lol). I only get gas pains now when I drink too big of a gulp or too fast. Give yourself till day 4 if you are walking.
The regret phase will soon pass as much as the pain leaves your back, shoulders, and stomach. You will also feel a lot better when the drain pump is taken out.

After losing over 110lbs so far since last July (30lbs until goal), my passion for fitness and helping people has been a huge part of my life in these past couple months....
I'm officially getting my national personal training certification right now and want to know if you guys can give me your input on something....
I will be creating my niche and who my main clients will be and on top of obese and overweight individuals, I want to start training clients that are having a weight loss surgery or has had one....
Would someone (myself) that has had surgery and has lost a good amount of weight be in a great position and be a valuable asset to those types of clients??? Would you hire someone like that??
    Thanks everyone
Would love I hear from you guys...
    : )
