  12. Okay!! I'm three months out and why in the world am I not losing weight like everyone else does. I don't get it. It's slow for me and I've only lost 19 lbs. I can eat more than I did right after surgery is this normal. Please can people share opinions or stories. I need advice and encouragement
  13. Anybody having questions on this surgery please feel free to inbox me I will take time to answer any questions or just to talk.
  14. Do you cry when you look in the mirror? Do you have to wear pants with elastic waist? These are a FEW things that got to me and I literally could go on and on and on. The battle physically and mentally of being obese is horrible. I have one thing to say. NEVER question your decision to have this surgery. I literally talked myself out of the operation TWICE. I'm 14 weeks post op and I'm still adjusting to my new tummy but my life has made a 360. I'm falling in love again and the best thing about it. It's with MYSELF. Do this it will be the best thing for u
  15. This medicine is given to you for a reason. Take it. It will help you and also help u rest.

  17. I loved beef stew juice. Make a wet stew with plenty juice. Your housemates eat the meat and potatoes while you enjoy the juice.
  18. I was self pay and mine was 4,000 for surgeon. 11,000 for hospital and 900 for Anes. So it was a big chunk of money but hope it pays off for me.
  19. Ok was sleeved on may 7th since pre op till now I've only lost 21lbs. Since surgery I've lost 11lbs. Is this normal or way to slow
  20. I'm two weeks post op and when I eat I get a weird feeling in my head. What is this?
  21. I'm in post op phase. On my! Can't believe already how far I've come. Only thing is I have moments where I'm tired and sleepy. Does anyone else have this problem?
  22. Why am I nausea. It's not bad. Just slight and pain in left side.
