I too was/am a slow loser. I spoke about it with my NUT and she just said to keep going and increase exercise and water after my 90 day checkup and I started to do 90 ounces if water a day and 1 hour+ in the gym everyday. The weight started to fall off after that. Every body is different and sometimes you gotta shake things up to see results. I would try and increase your activity level first and see how it goes but I do know how frustrating it s to e a slow loser. Good luck, you will be fine!! :)
