  7. Mine has gotten better since I have lost almost 40 pounds. My podiatrist gave me some splints to sleep in at night and that has really helped too.
  8. I have to watch aspartame. I was really nauseous for about 2 weeks. I stopped eating the sugar fee jello and I've been fine since then. I've tries truvia. Its a bit sweet, but it doesn't upset my tummy.

  13. I had a low grade fever for the first few days after I got home. I just kept an eye on it and made sure to drink plenty of fluids. If you're worried though I would call the doctor.

  15. I'm a month out from surgery and I have to basically force myself to eat. I'm not ever really hungry or thirsty, but I eat and drink because I know that my body needs it. I hope that as time goes by that it will become less of a chore
  16. I feel dizzy if I stay out in the heat to long. I go walking in the evenings, when it's a little bit cooler. If it is nasty outside, I try to go to a big store and walk around it.

  22. I was hungry up until surgery. I think it was mainly because I knew that I wouldn't be able to eat afterwards. I'm almost 4 weeks post op and I hardly ever get hungry. I eat something every 2 to 3 hours because I know that my body needs the protein.
  23. My NUT told me that it was ok of I had some yogurt or cottage cheese on my pre op diet. I just needed to make sure that most of my protein came from shakes.
