Measure your food my doc restricted me to 4 oz , i should never eat over 4 oz at a time. If u are eating to much u do run the risk of stretching your stomach out. I would difinately talk to doc about portion restrictions. If u do no feel like u would be getting enough u should always drink do water 20-30 min prior to meals this will help filling up more.

I get that feeling a lot to I think it is partially norm I am 4 weeks post op

Well I am we'll paying for the taco meat after 4 days of liquid the taco meat is not settling well tummy ache and toilet time the liquids are kicking in

Ok guys having a real hard time day 4 of 10 day pre op liquid diet and I just ate 4 big bites of taco meat I could not stop now Wat am I to do , feel like such a dumb ass !
