Measure your food my doc restricted me to 4 oz , i should never eat over 4 oz at a time. If u are eating to much u do run the risk of stretching your stomach out. I would difinately talk to doc about portion restrictions. If u do no feel like u would be getting enough u should always drink do water 20-30 min prior to meals this will help filling up more.

I sleeve on the 8thWell I am we'll paying for the taco meat after 4 days of liquid the taco meat is not settling well tummy ache and toilet time the liquids are kicking inOk guys having a real hard time day 4 of 10 day pre op liquid diet and I just ate 4 big bites of taco meat I could not stop now Wat am I to do , feel like such a dumb ass !Yes me too I only have one but , still he is 5 and not sure how much help I will have , I'm not telling but just a few peopleTks I will try that !!!
