  11. I want to add, have patience and faith. This will work for you!
  12. Calm down, take a deep breath. You won't stop losing at 9 weeks. The less you have to lose, the slower it comes off. I would suggest putting the scale away. Weigh and measure once a week. You didn't gain all the weight in a few weeks, you wont lose it all in a few weeks.
  13. Sorry, I haven't had the conversion. But I'm sending prayers for healing, and a quick recovery for you now.
  14. Could be your eating too fast, or too much for your new tummy. There are still some things my sleeve doesn't like, and I'm one year out.
  15. Hi, I'm from North Mississippi. That would make us neighbors. When are scheduled for surgery?
  16. Congratulations! Your doing awesome for six months.

  25. That's so funny! But I'm serious, i used the clinic in Cancun, so it probably was the same little guy!
  26. LOl! Probably the same poor male nurse they sent in to my room to put on my compression hose, right before surgery. Little tiny hose, nice giant thighs, and I had an IV in my arm and couldn't help much. So embarrassing. Wonder what they talk about when they go home?
  27. I had surgery a year ago in Cancun with Dr verboonen. I'm down 81 lbs and feeling great! I highly recommend him. Feel free to message me if you have any more questions.
  28. Sleeved one year June 15th. Down 81lbs! I would like to lose another 5 llbs if possible. My body seems happy where it is, so we'll see.
  29. It sounds like everyone's in agreement. In the first few weeks, drinking is more important than eating, so drink, drink, drink!
