Dang - after I posted it I was thinking sheesh what a newbie, of course its allowed! :/ my coordinator emailed & said it is as long as there's no pulp... but I'm with you all on avoiding the carbs & sugar. Thank you -

Hi it's my first day pre-op & since I can't have my favorite blended butter toffee mocha the next best is a fruit smoothie from Extreme Juice.... just fruits & fruit juice, does anyone know if this is allowed? Still waiting on my coordinator to respond :/
