  4. Could be your eating too fast, or too much for your new tummy. There are still some things my sleeve doesn't like, and I'm one year out.

I took a nap everyday before going back to work. Once back to work, I napped on my off days for the first six weeks. Rest your body whenever you can, it helps to heal.
  13. I am so sorry that happened to you. People can be so rude. Thank you for raising your children to be better people!
  14. Would love to know the answer to this one as well.
  15. Prayers for a quick and successful surgery!
  16. Rockin that sleeve!
  17. I confess, it's still my biggest challenge..I have always been a fast eater. Four months out, and I'm getting better, but still haven't broke the habit. I don't always hurt, but I've slimed more than I care to admit..It mostly happens when eating out, or eating with people other than my family.
  18. YAAh! You look terrific!
  19. Wow! Yes, and amen, that's terrific! I completely understand, french fries are my down fall! Well, use to be anyway. I'm praying for you girl.Keep up the good work.

Gee, I know you must be really frustrated right now. Stalls suck! Do you mind if I ask how much weight you've loss so far? Maybe your losing inches, are you keeping your measurements? As for the smoking, please stop. It's so bad for you. Is there anyone where your at that you can talk to about the depression? Maybe find an exercise buddy. That would help relieve some stress, and kick start the stall. Hang in there, things will get better! Hugs from the midsouth.
  21. Just think, after tomorrow you'll be a member of the "Losers Club," Keep us updated, and best of luck! .
  22. Listen, You can DO this! Yes, it's hard. Your body is trying to detox all the crappy stuff. Hang in there, and stick to your pre-op diet. Repeat after me, I can do this!
