Am I On Track

Ok was sleeved on may 7th since pre op till now I've only lost 21lbs. Since surgery I've lost 11lbs. Is this normal or way to slow

Lose the word "only" unless it's "I've only got x pounds to goal!" You're doing quite well with your sleeve. Immediately after surgery, you have water weight to contend with from the fluids that are pumped into us during surgery. Losing 21 pounds in under a month, or two months, is fantastic! Keep up the good work! :)

You are doing great. 21 pounds in a month is amazing. I've never felt the significance of pre and post op weight, a pounds is a pound.

I agree with Lisa, as long as you are losing, you are doing great.

I was sleeved on 4/23/12 and lost 33 pounds with pre-op. My doctor said that was fine. Everyone one loses the weight differently. Just keep the faith and still work on it
