Today I am 17 months post op and I'm still lovin my sleeve.

I am 8 months in maintenance and bounce any where from 144-148. Today I'm 145.3. I could NEVER do this on my own. I would ALWAYS gain it back and then some.

I no longer "diet" or "starve"...I say it over and over IT'S A MIRACLE!!!!!

2010-2011 was the year of weight loss.

2012 will be the year of exercise...Lord willing!!!

Wow!! Congratulations. You look great and I have a feeling that you must feel even better. Reading your post really encourages me and reminds me that success in the area of weight loss really is possible. I know in my head that it's possible (certainly with VSG).
