17 Month Post Op

Today I am 17 months post op and I'm still lovin my sleeve.

I am 8 months in maintenance and bounce any where from 144-148. Today I'm 145.3. I could NEVER do this on my own. I would ALWAYS gain it back and then some.

I no longer "diet" or "starve"...I say it over and over IT'S A MIRACLE!!!!!

2010-2011 was the year of weight loss.

2012 will be the year of exercise...Lord willing!!!

Thanks to all of you who have inspired and continue to support me through my journey, could not have done it without you!

Love and happiness to all!!!

P.s. I've attached some before and after pictures, I really don't like looking at the before because they make me so sad, but hope to inspire someone out there!

You are such an inspiration to me. I am so nervous and scared as I approach my maintenance. It is so reassuring to see people being succesfull in maintenance and in living a "new normal" life.

Best of luck to you.

Sharon

Yes, exactly what Sharon says@ I am also really close to hitting goal and switching to maintenance and I really appreciate your story of how it is working for you. Thank you for always being there for this forum. It means a lot to me and so many others.

Looking forward to hearing about your exercise escapades in 2012. For me, I hope 2012 is the year of maintenance because I hope to be at goal in the next few weeks.
