6 month update w/ Pics

Recommended Posts

6.5 Months out... what a difference! Wearing medium shirts and 30-34" pants depending on type and maker.

Started @ 322, 270 day of surgery and now 182.

Still losing in that step-wise fashion that a lot of people talk about. If I gain a lb or two, I usually know exactly why and can make a change to drop it back off in a day or two.

Fish seems to be my go-to dense Protein when I need to jump start a quick loss.

Ask me any questions you want, and I will do my best to answer.

That is awesome man! Have you been lifting weights, cause your pecs have no loose skin and look really defined?

WOW, you have done a tremendous job with your sleeve in a super-short amount of time! And look at your collar bones...they were in hiding before. What is your goal weight? You must be close to goal (not sure how tall you are but just guessing from the way you look now!)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
