You look amazing!!! Any tips? What have you been doing to make your weight loss awesome like it has been?

I've done a lot of walking! At least 3 miles a day 5-7 days a week (depending on weather). And I've stuck with the plan, mostly Protein foods. I rarely eat any carbs (mostly a cracker to go with my cheese snack or a slice of whole grain toast for Breakfast (this is rare). I don't think I get all my protein in - that's a daily battle. I'm going to try going back to my Protein shake though and see if that helps. Loved them before surgery but afterwards I couldn't stand them. I never had a 3 week stall. I stalled one time for 10 days (due to weather and other things I didn't get to walk a lot which didn't help). But I also know I've done some things not right - occasional glass of wine - so I'm far from perfect. :) I honestly think I've just been very very lucky.

You guys are BEAUTIFUL!!!!

Thanks for sharing all the inspiration!
