per your question LB......i eat a cup of food (sometimes a cup and a half) but 4 oz of protein and then my veggies. i am very strict on what i eat or dont eat. and i drink all day long and pee all day long..... and i go to potty all by myself... :wub:

i eat healthy foods. no processed, nothing from box.

if i am hungry, i eat. i do not diet at all....and the thing

that is working for me, is believing in my band/plication.

i am helping it as it is helping me.

my hands are cold but i do have gloves w/o the finger tips. must allow the whole world to view my talons.....and they look sooooooooooooo pretty against my color sweater....i had a lady comment on my sweater and hurt my feewings a bit (i blogged it fyi).......so i am down in the dumps somewhat.....

i cant have heaters here at work.....we use to until we moved into this

gorgeous new office building in 09.....so we all sit around in jackets, scarfs, blankets, gloves etc.......really stupid but its a job and i am happy i gots it
