I have though about renting 'Run Fat Boy Run' but didn't know if it would be jsut too stupid. Maybe I will pick it up!! I'm in the mood for a really silly movie.

Its a British movie and im British so it appeals to my British sense of humour.

If you liked 'The Full Monty' you should be safe.

I loved it! And it has a token American in it.

All of you runners, I have a question. I ran/walked 10 miles today (2 seperate runs). Behind my left knee is hurting tonight. I have run more in the last 2 weeks than ever and I know my joints are tired, but how do I know if I have injured myself. I don't want to rest it. Should I push through and run or should I walk for a few days. It doesn't feel like muscle pain and is not Super painful. Just VERY annoying. I haven't tried to run on it since it started hurting so I don't know if that makes it worse or not. I didn't injure it that I am aware of. What do yall think. I just run. I realy don't have any idea what I am doing. I just know I have 1 more week in the Nike+ challenge and want to finish strong.

It sounds like an overuse injury. You really need to rest it or it will just get worse.

renewed - i don't run really like ya'll but it sounds like fatigue. i'd give the leg a rest.

Renewedhope. I would rest your knee for a couple of days. Moist heat and light stretching can help to you.

Ok, I just added another 3.1 mile run in less than 30 minutes followed by minute cooldown. Difference this time was I paused the treadmill every 1/2 mile to drop to the floor and do 20 pushups. Nothing earth shattering, but it made it different. Thought I would have to drop the number of pushups each time I paused, but never happened. Next time I try this I'll try for 25 pushups.:scared2:

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
