Hangover from hell!!

Recommended Posts

Ok, I know I shouldnt be wasting calories on booze, but.....

We had a cookout yesterday and I said what the heck, so I had a glass of merlot, and another and another till the bottle was gone!!!! I didnt eat at all and I crashed on the couch about 8pm....

I dont normally drink and I hardly ever drink wine (now I remember why).

Now I want to go home and crash!!! I havent eaten anything today cause I am afraid it will come back up!!

See, you didn't do what I did and invest in the "Genetic Alchoholic" package. No hangovers, ever. Of course, the downside means that 3 of my 4 sibs have problems drinking...

Of course, I'm waiting for bottles of wine to be labled with "A Naturally Fat Free Food! 100% Fat Free!"

I thought that wine would be a good choice, it probably would have, just not as much as I drank!!

I was told drinking was a NO NO - but that's not the case. Gimme a scotch and look at me go... Can't drink as much as I used to - and it seems to go to my head quicker - sure helps with the I can't go to sleep syndrome...

The hang over pills are called "Chasers", I tried them but they are so big you have to cut them in 3 or 4 and because you have to take them with your first drink they really grossed me out, I still had a small hang over the next day.

You get hangovers because you are not properly hydrated. If you drink plenty of Water with your shots, no hangover. Alchohol is very dehydrating

(what's the difference between a beer and a pee? About 20 minutes)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
