I'm just 5 weeks post-op but some of the women in our own small "self created" support group (we met walking laps after surgery) are already using low carb wraps and tolerating well. I can barely tolerate 3oz of Protein with no veggies or carbs once a day. I am supplementing with protein added to everything I drink and shakes. I understand that people are different but can I try either a low carb wrap or one of the low carb breads at this point or should I wait? I do have the diet plan suggested by my program but several are trying new things a littler earlier and doing well.
