Six days post op seems a bit early for salad and chicken. It's always best to follow our surgeons post op diet. They do have our best interest in mind and know better than we do about what is going on
I have a question. My sleeve surgery was on March 31st (2022)
On April 4th I started eating small amounts of vegetable soup to get my bowels moving. It didn't bother my stomach one bit. Next day...I tried cottage cheese. Yesterday I had a salad with chicken. No problem! I'm doing less than 500 calories a day BUT I'VE only lost 7 lbs since surgery!!!!!!!!! Do I need to go back on liquid diet? What am I doing wrong?
