I am not meeting 64 ounces of Water a day. I can get in a little over half. Any tips from the pros?

I can only get 48oz. Remember if you have liquids in any of your 3 meals and any Snacks they can be counted into your Water allowance.

I learned to sip sip on the Water while I am planning and cooking meals (I can drink right up till I eat but 30 minutes before If need be). I wouldn’t really feel thirsty then but if I don’t drink I will feel thirsty after I eat while I am waiting the 30 minutes. Plus it’s just another couple sips that adds up.

I have a big 24 ounce cup that I fill in the morning and make sure I drink that no matter what before noon. Then the same after lunch until 5pm. Then after dinner sitting down to watch TV or read a book, I have another. That gets me to 72 ounces and any Soups, teas, etc are a bonus.

the first thing I do when I get up in the morning, before drinking my coffee, is have 16-oz of non-carbonated, non-caffeinated fluids (for me, that means bottle of Bai (or similar flavored water)). I've been doing that for about five years. Doing that right off the bat has helped me meet my goal by the end of the day.

Sip, sip, sip all day long. Don't try to gulp down 4 oz at a time. Also, try adding lemon or a sugar-free flavored Water Enhancer to give it some flavor and it won't feel so boring. They come in 20+ different flavors and range from Crystal Light to Kroger, to Great Value (Wal-Mart) to Mio.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
