How are y'all creating "status updates"?

Recommended Posts

Hey hey! How are y'all creating status updates and are there "posts" that are better posted as personal status updates vs new topics here? I'm still unfamiliar to the specifics of this site and wanna make sure I'm not blowing up the topic section when i should be posting as a personal status🤔

I'm new too so maybe not the best answer, but I think of the status updates as more like a diary entry and posts as a question or something like a product that I want to share with everyone. I'm not sure if that's correct, but that's what I've been going off of.

Hi everyone, right under where it says status updates there is a what's on your mind? type in here and then post it will show up as an update. I did the hello as an example. Hope that helps. 😃

I think you can only do it from the site not the app.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
