Help!!! Staled in 3 months!!!! WHY??

Recommended Posts

hello all.

I'm new to this whole posting stuff. I had surgery on September 23 2019. I weighed in at 457 the day off surgery. Its been a little over a 3 months now and I am down to 343.I know its a accomplishment but for the last 2 week I have stalled at this number. I have no idea what i'm doing wrong. I have 3 main meals daily. which total around 700-900 calories total. most of those calories are from lean white meat Protein 2 1/2-3oz. green vegetables. I take all my Vitamins like I should. I do about a 1 hour of cardio 6 days a week. 2-3 times a week i do some weight training. I'm just wondering if anyone had any suggestion or if anyone has ran into the situation. If not this is my rant for the day lol

It is very very typical - Chill out and ride it out it will break - I fast a little and mix up my diet a little to break them

You and me both nothing beats shagging a 100 plus pounds - You think you feel good now wait till you get to your goal - We are both going for the same Goal i hit it last week but going to shag another 20 and see if that is correct and better

Stalls are perfectly normal and perfectly frustrating. First and most important, you've done GREAT and should be very proud of yourself. That being said, you've lost a LOT of weight and your body just needs a pause for a minute to catch up with you. It'll start up again, really it will. Just stay focused on your exercise, Water, and Protein and it'll start moving again.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
