Wow!! I'm sorry that happened but thanks for the reminder!![emoji176]

OMG! ((hugs)) Feel better soon!

Wow. I am so sorry. I hope you feel better quickly.

Oh goodness! Thanks for sharing/the heads up

I'm working on my chewing and speed now, omg!!! I'm sorry about your experience.

I still have a hard time slowing down but I do chew, chew, chew.

It’s hard to slow downs I literally have to take a small bite and put the utensils down or if it’s a finger food I also put down and focus on my chewing and even when I’m done with that bite i wait a few seconds.

Sorry that happened to you! I’ve ate fast and o just feel like I’m choking so I force myself to burp and it’s not fun

I’m sorry for what happened to you.

I think chewing foods to the point of mush is going to be a challenge for me but I sure will try.

Thanks for the PSA.

Usually I’m very good about it, however this day (my own fault) I waited way too long between meals and was eating much faster/taking larger bites then I should have (I knew it too). Lesson learned

Feel better soon!!
