I ran 45 minutes this morning (ok I ralked=run/walked at 3mph)--but still, I did it for 45 continuous minutes so I'll take it. And I love ralking to these tunes!!! I love the drum beats and tempo of all of these--really puts me in my zone.

But seriously, these days I mostly work out to spa-like music. I take Tai Chi and Qigong classes, which have made a HUGE difference in my life.

What can I say...I'm an 80s girl and this is inspiring with a good beat. Although, I love a good classic rock tune like Rock candy by Montrose and I have a Metal streak running through me when I need to get out the rage!
