My guess is the move has your nerves frazzled and you need to get back on your vitamin regimen. I wouldn't try to gain if I were you. Hang in there.
On February 22, 2018 I had my gastric sleeve surgery I weighed 275 pounds now a little over a year later I’ve lost too much weight I’m only 127 pounds and I’m as fragile as can be? my skin looks horrible and I’m loosing so much hair I look sick like if I’m dying I’ve been trying to gain some weight but it’s just falling off idk what to do ?. Can I use weight gainer just to gain 15 lbs???
