Now, it's time to use the tool and self-control for a positive lifetime outcome! Here, I go! Sent from my SM-G996U1 using BariatricPal mobile app

    Revision from Sleeve

The one thing I learned is that pain medication is important in the healing process. I have found that the progress you make in healing and honeymoon time are important in long-term time maintenance. Sent from my SM-G996U1 using BariatricPal mobile app

  6. I am 7 weeks out of revision. Things are getting better each day. It took 5.5 weeks before the pain went away. Additionally, I have stalled and lost over these weeks. However, I am at my lowest weight in 8 years. No GERD and no current regrets. I am 53 years old. Sent from my SM-G996U1 using BariatricPal mobile app

    Progress 7 Weeks Out

I don't know how much this will help. My highest weight presleeve was 283 pounds(p) in 2014. When I got to the table, my weight was 243p. My lowest weight postsleeve was 181p. 2017 started gaining weight and really bad GERD. It took until 09/25/2023 to have revision. I am now GERD free and losing weight. I have no regrets. Fight for your health like your life depends on it, and that's what I did. Yes, sleeve to bypass. Sent from my SM-G996U1 using BariatricPal mobile app

    Comments on your body

Wow, next you see her say, "are you okay, looks like those bags under your eye are growing fast you have to be careful at your age." Do let people pee on you and call it rain! Bully back!!!! Sent from my SM-G996U1 using BariatricPal mobile app

    Comments on your body

This WLS is a big mind game! With my sleeve I got down to 181lbs. And, people in my office were rude and condescending. There was true of my work-friends too. I didn't prepare for such a response. Get you head to the point that can focus on your goals and best health. In my experience, women around you can be your biggest hurdle. Forgive and ignore their comments. Sometimes people are just jealous! Peace Sent from my SM-G996U1 using BariatricPal mobile app

    Postop

I am trying to read everything about revision. It's not 100% every time according to some accounts. However, most likely it will be better than before. Good luck to you and keep us updated! Sent from my SM-G996U1 using BariatricPal mobile app
  21. Did you lose weight after revision, (if yes) how much and how long did it take? Thanks so much! Sent from my SM-G996U1 using BariatricPal mobile app
  22. Hi Wisegrl3, Just asking about your calorie count? How did you arrive at "880"? If you write everything down I mean everything comsumed. So, when you go to your appointment the details are available to use. Starting Monday I will use my journal to capture all of my calories. It's a pain in the butt to do. However, it's the only way for me to stay on track. Water for is an issue. So that too needs to be tracked. Do give up unless you want the same result as before the surgery.
