Sounds fine to me...did your doctor give you a set amount to lose? If not, you should be okay.

Sounds like you did fine. You could be retaining water too, effecting the scale.

I think you're on the right track just keep up the good work. I'm not on a liver shrinking diet but I've started eating clean & 1500-1600 cals a day and loss 5lbs in 7 days. I eat everything just in small amounts. My surgeon requirement was 2 days of liquid diet before surgery.
