Im struggling to get in enough protein in a day. My doctor said to only eat when I get hungry which is usually twice a day. And even then its not much. Im usually under 500 calories in a day. Doctor also said to stop drinking protein shakes. Any advice would be great. How are you guys getting in enough protein?
