Anyone else having food dreams?

Recommended Posts

This is actually kind of hilarious to me. I have been on my program perfectly since my surgery two weeks ago but weird stuff is happening when I sleep. 😂

Last week, I had a dream that my nephew had made a strawberry cake (strawberry flavored cake and strawberry buttercream) and I woke up just as I was finishing a piece in my dream.

And a couple of nights ago, I dreamt that I’d had a SIP of ginger ale (Vernor’s, if anyone cares) and I woke up feeling so guilty that it took a minute to realize that I hadn’t actually done it. 😂😂.

Anyone else having food dreams? Is it just because I’m dying for soft food?

At least the food in your dreams is calorie-free!

I wish I had dreams like that... I don't have any memory of my dreams usually... even though I try and go out of my way to work on obtaining lucid dreaming. I say enjoy the dream LOL

I had several dreams early on that I forgot I was sleeved, I ate and ate and felt no restriction, then I felt terrible and guilty. Clearly I was anxious about my sleeve "failing"

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
