Have you got, your little bag all packed? Drink plenty of fluids, hydration,is always good plus you'll be so busy tinkling you won't,be sitting around worrying. This is one of the few times in life a good, manicure doesn't make you feel better. How about going and getting your hair done? Might make you feel pampered. I love to go to the be a duty shop and have them wash my hair. Makes me feel like Cleopatra being papered like that. I'm a little strange cause I'd ask to have my hair cut that way if I got all hot and sweaty with my operation it would be one less thingvyo be concerned about. Sit down and relax today you'll probably, not sleep well tonight, just pamper yourself today, you are worth it.

After surgery, remember to Walk, Walk, Walk. It helps to relieve the gas pain.

Might be a good time to start a list (if you haven't already) of why you're doing this. Maybe listing out some of the things you look forward to doing as a result of the weight loss.

Oh....and just breathe! You'll do great. :)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
