  12. My son when he had his colonoscopy woke up apologizing to the nurses and was still apologizing when her returned to the ambulatory section. To,this day neither of us know what he was apologizing for. Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app

  14. Don't be nervous. You just take,a,little nap and, when you wake up and, have a little more rest you get dressed and go home. The last time (I've had 2) my throat. wasn't,even sore. It went smooth as silk and I even got a printout with, full color pictures of my gastric system. I thought it was really neat. Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app
  15. Give DH love from all of us. I'm so glad to hear such good news, thank you for being so supportive. My support when my time comes will be my son, and I believe he will be as good for me as you are for DH. You get some rest, yourself. Hopefully,my,own RnY will be next month, without him I would be anxious about doing it at 72. Support people do mean a lot. God Bless and keep you both [emoji14] Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app

  17. Remember you had a breathing tube down your throat and in to your trachea, probably, scraped or irritated, your goal cords a little. I'm sure you'll get all better soon. In the meantime rock, your husky bedroom-type voice.[emoji14] Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app
  18. Hi new friends, see what happens when I turn my smartphone off and charge it! A whole new group of May friends show up, glad I didn't miss any of you. I hope to have a RnY with you all in May but I don't have a date. Makes no never mind, I'll still be your friend no matter what. Tell,me more about yourselves, your, plans for your surgeries, where they are going to be performed? Are there questions any of you need answered?. I know a lot,but anything I don't have answer to someone on Bariatric Pal will. Feel free to hang around with us, we like to help and we want, your experiences to be good. 20. See it's all better, sometimes worry makes things seem worse than they really are. Congratulations on a successful surgery. Now heal and get better.[emoji14] Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app
  21. Really looks good, I would say that's a very good sign things are moving along. So happy there is nothing bad at all. You've got,a little scoliosis, perfectly normal. I have it, as do many girls and some boys. Mine and that of my daughter were bad enough both boys had to have Xrays, too. This is one place in life where unremarkable is to be desired. Please keep me updated on your progress, we're going through this journey together, it's a lot less scary when you have someone to walk it with you. God Bless.
